I have promoted Asti to Expedition Advisor and to joint Second-in-Command along with Rav.
The promotions acknowledge Asti's longstanding loyalty and dedication to Scorpio, a steady skills contribution across various disciplines and efforts to represent Scorpio in social engagements etc as our unofficial ambassador 
Note that this promotion in no way detracts from Rav's status whom I rate as highly as ever.
But with Rav's current rl situation limiting online time I felt it appropriate for Asti to be rewarded for puting in so much time and effort.
I'm sure that all Scorpions will want to congratulate Asti on this well deserved promotion and recognition.

that whenever Rav is available and on the scene, I shall step back and resume a subordinate position at 3rd in command. |

That's fine Asti, I know you are doing this out of respect and consideration for Rav and I have no problem with that.
